2. Booking Policy

  • Customers are required to make a reservation at least 1 day in advance.

  • A booking confirmation will be sent through the contact method provided by the customer after the reservation is completed.

  • There are no specific conditions for rescheduling; however, customers are encouraged to contact the spa as soon as possible if they wish to adjust their appointment time.

  • Customers should be 18 years or older to receive services. Those under 18 must be accompanied by or have consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel their appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within the allowed period will be eligible for a full refund (if payment was made in advance).

  • In the case of a No-show (failure to attend the appointment without prior notice), the booking will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

4. Payment Terms

  • Online payment is available when booking through the website.

  • No additional fees or surcharges apply to the payment process.

  • No deposit is required unless otherwise announced by the spa in the future.

5. Service Policy

  • Customers may arrive up to 30 minutes late, but must notify the spa by phone in advance.

    • If the delay exceeds the allowed time, the spa may shorten the duration of the treatment accordingly.

  • If customers have any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities to certain products—or are pregnant—please inform the staff before receiving treatment.

  • The spa reserves the right to decline service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the customer’s condition.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • The spa is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the customer failing to disclose health issues or known product allergies prior to the service.

  • The spa is not liable for incidents caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as power outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

7. Changes to Terms

  • The spa reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Updated terms will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
